1. Mini manicure and prepare nails for artificial service.

2. Apply clear tips and blend if necessary.

3. Apply masking of choice. (Masking used in this demo is from Too Much Fun’s “On the Edge” collection.)

4. Beginning with the first nail, apply a brush on resin to the exposed tip being careful to cover all the open details of the masking.
5. Immediately dip the nail in a glitter acrylic. (I used EzFlow’s “Roll out the Red Carpet” on each nail. On the ring fingers, I used “Roll out the Red Carpet”, “Copper Casting Couch” and “After Party”.) This procedure is similar to a Dip System.

6. Immediately remove the masking.
7. Repeat steps 4 thru 6 on every nail.
8. To secure the design, dip your sable brush into your monomer and pick up a small amount of liquid. Lightly tap the designs taking them from a powdered look to a glittered look.
9. Repeat step 8 on all ten nails.
10. Following the manufacturer’s instructions from your acrylic system, cap the entire nail from tip to cuticle with clear acrylic. This will protect your design from filing and build the strength in the nail.
11. Finish file as usual and buff to a high shine.
12. Coat with clear polish on both the tops of the nails and under the free edge to enhance the look of the glitter from underneath. (I used EzFlow’s “UV30”.)
